QA Engineer

Delivering the right software or data at the right time in a high-quality fashion, using the Agile methodology. An experienced QA Engineer will collaboratively design, develop and maintain an automated test framework and test suites for web sites, web applications, APIs and web services.

SCRUM MASTER - PSM III

A hands-on role in leading the Scrum process within software development teams. The Scrum Master helps their teams adopt and improve on the Scrum methodology. They coach their teams to higher levels of maturity by continually improving their process and ensuring that they adhere to the Scrum framework. They lead efforts to get Scrum training for all members of their team (Product Owners, developers, QA, business analysts, managers, stakeholders, etc.) They serve as the Scrum framework authority for their teams and evangelize and educate their teams on, not only the process, but advantages of following the process.

As a servant-leader, the Scrum Master leads dedicated teams to deliver business value through their development and execution. They work with Product Owners to ensure the appropriate development and delivery of the prioritized backlog. Scrum Masters have above average communication and facilitation skills, are well organized, and exhibit above average follow-up and follow-through skills. They facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution.

Business Analyst

Works as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, validate and document requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. Business Analysts must be inquisitive and able to efficiently reach an understanding of complex tasks while using this understanding to produce project artifacts that satisfy project objectives.

Senior Business Analyst

Responsible for understanding and translating the needs of the business with the use of technology. They ensure their deliverables are aligned with business needs and requirements, provide advice, and work cross-functionally with the project team. Experience leading different project roles is beneficial for success in this role.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels at working cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. They should be exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing numerous projects and workstreams end-to-end, with a keen sense of prioritization.

Senior Specialist - IT Program Manager

Shares passion for technology, collaboration, innovation, and excellence driving the planning, executing, and coordination of key aspects of the Cross Enterprise Services portfolio. This Senior Specialist is an individual contributor who will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operation duties. The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization’s standards. To be an excellent program coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented, and comfortable working with diverse teams.

Product Owner, Design System

The Design System team is responsible for creating a shared library of design assets and code that support digital product teams. The Design System plays an important role in the modernization of the software development process by enabling product teams to start with established standards, coded components, and visual styles. The team’s success is largely driven by the ability of product teams to adopt and scale the implementation of the design system. Part of the team’s charter is also to educate on design system standards, adoption opportunities, and key practices. 

Project Manager, Marketing Integration

The project manager (PM) will be responsible for a variety of duties related to the integration of two financial services organizations. This individual will help create and coordinate a single master workstream that accounts for, visualizes, and helps prioritize all the work that needs to be accomplished around data, digital, and MarTech for integration. They will be involved in integration planning efforts and expected to build and maintain relationships across business units and between the two financial services organizations. The PM will need to utilize critical thinking and strong project management best practices to identify and track all key milestones, dependencies and risks. The PM will also assist with the preparation of any senior leadership presentation materials.
